Q: My MVS unit does not appear to be recording, Unit is powered and the LED is Blinking.
Ensure that the MVS unit is not connected to the PCs USB Port, when the USB is connected the MVS unit acts as a harddrive, and cannot record. |
Q: I have just updated the profile on my MVS and the unit will not start recording.
The params.dat file on the MVS unit has become corrupted. This can occur if you unplug the the USB cable before the update has completed. To resolve this problem you will need to delete the params.dat file from the MVS unit. |
